Refund policy

Items that are new or unused qualify for returns.  A return label will be provided.  However, the cost of the return label will be your responsibility.  All returns must be postmarked with in 14 days of the purchase date.  WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OF PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED!!!  After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions of your item and after approval of the requested refund, the process of your refund or exchange will be done.
